Whoo hoo today's the day! I did a little happy dance when my package came in the mail with all my goodies on Friday. I was eager to start this program but wanted to wait tell Monday for schedule purposes. I had my serving tracker and work out schedule the night before and was ready to go. Mondays are busy days for me because I work in the office so I have to get my work out in before we leave in the morning to drop the kids off a Grandma's and head into work.
The first work out is Plyo Fix Extreme. Whoa did this one catch me by surprise! Weighted cardio?! Yes please! It was tough, kicked my butt. And I felt good afterwards!
As Autumn says I "dialed" in my nutrition and stayed on point all day. For dinner I made zoodles! Zucchini noodles! They were delicious and I ended the first day feeling good about my choices.
